Founded in 2014, ID4Africa is the only Pan-African Movement that is dedicated to assisting African nations build strategic capacity needed for developing robust and responsible identity ecosystems in the service of development and humanitarian action. The 2025 Annual General Meeting took place in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, bringing together over 2,300 high level delegates and more than 120 global solution providers. 

Exhibit Africa’s role was simple; to design and build the best-looking exhibition Ethiopia has ever seen. As the official contractor for all custom and upgraded modular stands it, our team worked relentlessly to deliver on time and to an outstanding level of quality. Here were some of the highlights: 

• Supported the organiser, venue and government host to align on strategies to ensure the best possible outcome relating to the physical design and build of the event

• Played a significant role in the long term planning of the event, involving multiple site visits and meetings beginning 18 months prior to the event

• Design and fabrication of 18 fully customised stands for some of the worlds biggest players in ID technology

• Delivery of 25 StandOutSystem stands, each with its own unique design and features

• Provided exhibitors with constant support throughout the event allowing them to focus on their objectives
